It definitely needs some cleanup work, and the text needs to be a bit slower in places. It also loops automatically and has no pre-loader, which isn't good.
I like how you used multiple game maps and sprites, it really sort of broadens the scope of possibilities. Try to do a bit better of a job on cleanup next time.

So far, they've been interesting and funny shorts. Very nicely done. You may wanna think about making a "collectors" edition later on that incorporates 5 or so of them at a time (depending on how many you make). Also, some background music during dialog would be good.

Been watching the whole series. The bonus scene in this one kicks ass. Glad to see there's lots of CT fans doing good work.

The Restart button is a bit messed up. It needs a way to pause (or if it has one, an easily visible one). Also, set the highest and lowest positions more correctly, as some molecules look smaller than they are when they're a bit off the screen.

Other than that, this is an excellent game.

Quite the entertaining movie. I recognized most of the sound effects... got RPG Maker 2000, did you? :D ... Ya, the ending text went by a little bit too fast, and some of the talking was garbled and hard to understand, but other than that, quite entertaining.

That font is SOOOO FRIGGIN HARD TO READ. Please, try to use something clearer, or make it bigger or something. And maybe have it scroll the other way. Starting from the end is stupid.

Other than that, this was really awesome. Can't wait to see the next one.
